·         Cancellations made within 2 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total booking amount.

·         No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

2.    Early Departure:

·         Guests departing earlier than the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full duration of the original reservation, unless otherwise specified in the booking terms.

3.    Refunds:

·         Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 3 business days to the original payment method used during booking.

·         In the case of prepaid reservations, refunds will be subject to the terms and conditions of the booking platform or travel agency through which the reservation was made.

·         In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as flight cancellations, natural disasters, or medical emergencies, we will assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration the nature of the situation and any supporting documentation provided.

·         Guests may request modifications to their reservation dates subject to availability and any applicable rate differences. Modification requests should be made in advance and will be accommodated whenever possible.
